Nearly 200 KEEN families and hundreds of volunteers gathered on Sunday, June 3 for the 11th Annual KEEN Sports Festival and to celebrate 20 years of KEEN programs in Greater Washington, DC at Falls Road Local Park in Potomac.
Participants were treated to soccer games, zumba dance, face painting, exercise drills, obstacle courses, tae kwon do and more.
Kids Enjoy Exercise Now or KEEN Greater DC is a nonprofit volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families and caregivers.
