More than 30,000 people visited The Bethesda Row Arts Festival on Saturday, October 20 and Sunday, October 21 during the 15th annual event.

The festival featured work from 185 leading fine artists and crafters around the country utilizing mediums such as ceramics, fabrics, glass, graphics, metal, photography, mixed media, wood and more.

In addition to the individual artist galleries, the festival included a charity art sale, children’s art activities, live acoustic performances, a Wine Garden at Redwood Restaurant and a Sangria Garden at Jaleo.

New to the festival this year was a sculpture garden highlighting pieces in bronze, wood, steel and glass.

The Bethesda Row Arts Festival raises funds and awareness for the NIH Children’s Charities, which include The Children’s Inn, Camp Fantastic/Special Love, Inc., and Friends of the Clinical Center. Proceeds from the Bethesda Row Arts Festival’s charity art sale, and children’s activities and sponsorship funds directly benefit the cause.
