Bethesda Row’s Tara Thai and Parker’s Classic American restaurants will close at the end of March, Bethesda Beat has learned.
“Our lease is up here on the 31st,” said Parker’s manager Katie Crowley. “As of right now we’re looking to switch to a new location but we’re not sure where it’s going to be. I think we’ll know by the end of the week.”
A manager for Tara Thai couldn’t be reached for comment, but Vanessa Rodriguez, senior marketing manager at Federal Realty Investment Trust, which owns Bethesda Row, confirmed that both restaurants will close when their leases are up.
The two popular restaurants sit side by side on Bethesda Avenue.
