A team of Realtors that sells upward of $200 million worth of local real estate annually is jumping to a new agency.

The Fleisher Group, led by agent Marc Fleisher, has moved to the Chevy Chase office of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, according to a press release. Fleisher and his team were among  the top-selling agents in the region for Long & Foster Realtors.

Fleisher was named executive vice president of the TTR Sotheby’s Chevy Chase-based brokerage, according to the agency.

The Fleisher Group sold about $211 million worth of homes in 2014 in Washington, D.C., and Montgomery County, making it the 28th top-selling team of Realtors in the country according to a ranking compiled by industry news outlet Real Trends.

The Wydler Brothers Team, the only local group of Realtors ranked above The Fleisher Group, left Long & Foster in January to create its own brokerage, also with offices in Chevy Chase.

Around the same time, it was announced that TTR Sotheby’s agent Zelda Heller had jumped to the Bethesda office of Long & Foster Real Estate. That came after the October opening of a Compass brokerage office in Chevy Chase, the start of a wave of well-known local Realtors jumping to new companies.
