Property was taken from a townhouse in the 10500 block of Westlake Drive between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Nov. 1. There were no signs of forced entry.
Burglary at Westlake Beer and Wine
A man broke into Westlake Beer and Wine on Auto Park Avenue in the early morning of Nov. 2. He stole cash and merchandise.
House burglary
A house on the 9200 block of Adelaide Drive was broken into at 7:04 p.m. Nov. 6. Property was taken.
Car stolen at Walter Johnson High School
A purse was stolen at Walter Johnson High School. The keys inside were used to steal a car parked there between 8:30 a.m. and 2:18 p.m. Nov. 6.

Thefts from vehicles
Cash and property were taken from three cars parked on Westbrook Lane, Franklin Street and Brookfield Drive from 6 p.m. Nov. 4 to 1 p.m. Nov. 5. No forced entry was reported.

Aggravated assaults
A 32-year-old man from White Plains in Charles County was arrested after he allegedly displayed a weapon in the 12000 block of Parklawn Drive at 11:38 a.m. Nov 3.
A man and a woman—possibly in their 60s—assaulted a boy in the 12000 block of Rockville Pike at 4:28 p.m. Nov. 4.

Burglary at Hair Cuttery
The Hair Cuttery at 7951 Tuckerman Lane was broken into overnight on Nov. 2. Cash was taken.
Rockville
Strong-arm robbery
Two male robbers assaulted a boy and took his cash near the 1000 block of First Street at 3:20 p.m. Nov. 3.
Dangerous weapon at Richard Montgomery High School
Richard Montgomery High School officials submitted a request to police that a 14-year-old boy be charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, a knife, on school property after an incident on Nov. 2.
House burglaries
Three burglaries involving broken glass doors occurred during daylight hours on Nov. 4.
• A burglar broke a rear glass door to enter a house in the 500 block of Autumn Wind Way between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. Inside, they removed jewelry, money and a coin collection.
• In the 100 block of Grand Champion Drive, a burglar broke a rear glass door to a house between 2:30 and 7 p.m. and stole jewelry and designer handbags.
• In the 2800 block of Glenora Lane, a burglar entered a house by breaking a rear glass door and stole jewelry.
Car stolen
A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with stealing a car on the 1100 block of Rockville Pike at 5 p.m. Nov. 6. He was also charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft, and rogue and vagabond.

Residential burglary
A man got into a residence through an open window in the 1700 block of East West Highway in the early morning of Nov. 6. Nothing was taken.
Attempted residential burglary
A man tried to burglarize a residence in the 10100 block of Georgia Avenue in the early morning of Nov. 3.
