Someone tried to burglarize a house in the 6800 block of Greywood Road at 10:48 a.m. Nov. 9.

North Bethesda

Strong-arm robbery

Three teens assaulted an adult man and took his property in a strong-arm robbery in the 5500 block of Beasley Court at 12:25 p.m. Nov. 12. Two 19-year-olds were arrested—a man from Lanham and a woman from Salisbury—and charged with the crime. Police say the third robber was a man who appeared to be about 18.

Apartment burglary

Property was taken from an apartment in the 5200 block of Crossfield Court between 1 and 3 p.m. Nov. 13 after a door was left unlocked.

Thefts from vehicles and garage burglary

Cash and property were taken from a house’s garage and two cars parked there in the 10200 block of Shining Willow Drive overnight on Nov. 8. The garage had been left open.

House burglaries

A house in the 15600 block of Blackberry Drive was broken into between 5 and 6:15 p.m. Nov. 11. Property was taken.

Property was also taken from a house in the 14400 block of Lake Winds Way between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Nov. 13. Forced entry was reported.

A man broke into American Dry Cleaners at 15813 Frederick Road and stole cash early on the morning of Nov. 8.

Assault at Richard Montgomery

School officials submitted a request that a 15-year-old girl be charged with second-degree assault and disrupting school operations after an incident at Richard Montgomery High School on Nov. 13.

Thefts from vehicle

Property was stolen from two vehicles overnight on Nov. 6—one in the 12800 block of Twinbrook Parkway and one in the 12300 block of Village Square Terrace. No force was reported.

Strong-arm robbery

Three people assaulted an adult man and stole his property in a strong-arm robbery in the 8200 block of Georgia Avenue early on the morning of Nov. 10. Two were arrested and charged with the crime—a 22-year-old man from Rockville and a 29-year-old woman from Silver Spring—while police are searching for a third man involved.

Thefts from vehicles

Cash and property were taken from multiple vehicles on Fenwick Lane, Fidler Lane, Cameron Street, Wayne Avenue and Roeder Road between Nov. 6 and 14. Force was reported in multiple incidents.
