Closing arguments take place in Red Line rape case
The defense said their client John Hicks, 41, of D.C., was not the man who raped a woman in April on a Red Line train between the Fort Totten and Glenmont stations, but the victim testified she’s 100 percent certain it was Hicks. Jury deliberations in the case are set to resume Tuesday. [WTOP]
