On March 6, more than 400 professionals and industry leaders gathered at The Grand Hyatt for The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Network Event. Special guest Lior Raz, star of Netflix’s Fauda, mingled with attendees during a VIP pre-reception and addressed the audience during his feature remarks, speaking about his experience in the IDF, and how making a show that offers perspectives from both sides of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been a healing process for his PTSD. Also present was The Jewish Federation’s CEO Gil Preuss who spoke about the strength, evolution and potential of the area’s vibrant and growing Jewish community.
