Montgomery County detectives released surveillance video of two women suspected of stealing jewelry from a Hampden Lane home last month.
Officers in the 2nd District Investigative Section believe two women entered an unoccupied home on the 5100 block of Hampden Lane shortly before noon on June 23.
The video released Wednesday is from the surveillance camera on a neighbor’s porch. Police say it shows the two suspects and their car. One woman can be seen in the video carrying a pillowcase, which police said she removed from the home to carry the stolen property. Further details were not available.
Police asked anyone for information about the burglary to call the 2nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710.
To be eligible for a reward, tipsters may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 866-411-8477 (TIPS). Crime Solvers will pay a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Callers can remain anonymous.
