A family-owned Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Tan Vinh was opened in 2014 by Tiffany Chu, who sought the traditional food she ate in her youth. She and her chef mother serve classics such as pho and put their own spin on items such as the Tan Vinh special, a “deconstructed” banh mi sandwich.
