Q What is the greatest piece of advice you would offer someone starting an exterior remodeling project? 

A The most expensive job is the one you do twice. About 20 percent of our James Hardie Siding customers hired a slightly less expensive contractor first and then had to pay us to rip everything off and do it again. Most people don’t realize that product warranties are only good if the product is installed correctly; we are backed by nearly 70 years of customer satisfaction.
