Eva Davis is excited to meet new people and build long-term relationships, a skill that translates well as one of the top realtors in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Eva fell in love with DC while studying psychology at The George Washington University and after, worked in the mortgage industry at Fannie Mae in technology and credit risk, during which she earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins. With her background, Eva brings significant business experience to her Real Estate career, positioning her for great success in the Washington DC real estate market. In her first year as an agent, Eva received the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award – an impressive feat which few achieve. Her high-touch service, tough negotiating skills, and sense of humor help her build deep relationships with her clients and a solid referral business.
Eva focuses on volunteer work for mission-driven organizations, holding leadership positions, developing advocacy and fundraising skills, and influencing her peers. She serves on non-profit boards and held leadership roles with the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center, the Anti-Defamation League, Gather DC, and the American Jewish World Service. Eva loves traveling, exploring cultures, and staying in touch with the people she’s met. Eva lives in Bethesda with her University of Michigan-loving husband (Go Blue!) and her two little kids, with whom she enjoys exploring the food scene in the DC area and taking advantage of local concerts, parks, theatre, exhibits and playgrounds.
