Q: What makes your client experience unique?
A: Real estate is about relationships. Buying or selling a home is a huge financial decision, and it’s important to work with an agent you feel comfortable with, someone you trust. I always tell my clients what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear, simply to avert surprises. I’m often compared to a “pit bull” when it comes to staunchly advocating for my clients’ best interests. Ultimately, my goal is to help people seamlessly turn what can be a stressful process, into an enjoyable experience. I’ve been in this business for 20 years, and take pride in knowing that most of my business comes from repeat clients—multiple generations of families—and referrals. However, my commitment doesn’t end with a transaction.
