Roberta Eisen, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, and Carly Blackstone, Psy.D. are skilled practitioners in coaching, mediation, parent and family coordination, and therapy and reunification services for individuals, families and children. For more than three decades, their expertise has assisted parents and children through the transitions of family reorganization.
Spurred by the rise in family separation and divorce triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, the mother-daughter duo founded Eisen Blackstone Group in 2021 to serve families in Washington, D.C. and nationwide with counseling and mediation services to improve outcomes for children and parents alike.
This year, Eisen and Blackstone are expanding services by forming a nonprofit organization, the D.C. Children’s Institute, to help ensure support services are attainable for all families, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
