Clark’s Lodge Bar & Grill in Clarksburg will open its doors April 1, General Manager Uriel Perlman announced in an email Tuesday.

In late December, MoCo360 provided a sneak peek of the ski lodge-themed restaurant owned by Neel Kamal, who also owns the Creek Lodge Bar and Grill in Rockville.

Among the most memorable features was a woodland menagerie including a lifelike faux black bear along with wolf and bird statues. Antler light fixtures and greenery tucked throughout the space add to the ambiance of the restaurant.

The restaurant features an inside seating area, full bar, private room for events and outdoor seating. Brick walls and wood paneling on the ceiling add to the rustic vibe.

The menu will feature a variety of dishes, such as burgers, sandwiches, quesadillas, pasta, ribs and salmon, along with an extensive dessert list.

“Clarksburg needs a place like this,” Perlman told MoCo360 during the December tour. “We want to be part of the community. We want to sponsor teams, we want to get involved with the schools, charity work, donations and anything that’s going to help this community grow and thrive. We want to be part of it.”
